Fujikura Composites America had another exceptional year on the PGA, LPGA and Champions tours in 2008, retaining the #1 Driver Shaft and Wood Shaft Brand which includes hybrids position on the PGA Tour for the eighth straight year.
The brand also was the #1 Driver Shaft and #1 Wood Shaft Brand including hybrids for every LPGA tournament. Fujikura won the Driver Shaft count at every Champions Tour in 2008, and finished as the #1 Driver Shaft brand on the Nationwide Tour.

The concept of the F shaft is that it is a shaft that fits a variety of swing types and players. "Easy Power and Control" is what Fujikura touts, a shaft that will bring out 100% of the players capabilities by feeling good and allowing the head to always square to the ball.
The Rombax W is designed for players with a standard ball flight and launch angle that like to “go after it” without losing control and consistency… all a factor of Rombax’s ability to reduce the ovaling effect of the shaft.
The Rombax X model with its softer butt design creates a slightly higher launch angle while still reducing overall spin… resulting in long, soaring drives!
