The long awaited totally new design driver from Epon Golf, the Epon Monster Beetle or E.M.B. has finally been announced. Epon has spent the entire season developing a new conforming high MOI driver that would push the envelope for distance and forgiveness.
The E.M.B. and its uniquely forged hybrid body provide confidence and ballistic like performance. Epon's special forging process for the E.M.B. creates high MOI fused with a very deep 45.5mm center of gravity for ultimate forgiveness enhanced by the shallow 50mm high face and ultra resistance against head twisting. The special hybrid cup style face stretches across length of the driver overlapping the sides and topline and is laser welded creating a super wide face maximizing performance and minimizes distance variation.
The E.M.B. is 460cc + 5500gcm2 = BIG IMPACT.
The EMB comes stock with a specially developed Tour AD shaft by Graphite Design Japan. This shaft has been tested to match up with the EMB head for optimal high MOI perfomance. The stock club plays at 46" in length and a D2 swingweight in R, SR and S flex. The lightweight Tour AD shaft features a low kickpoint for high piercing trajectory.
The 9* features a square face, 10.5* is closed 0.5* and the 12* is 1.0* closed. Lofts are true to spec coming from some of the tightest tolerances in the golf industry. As a true high end prestige brand, Epon is the ultimate in customization offering the following:

- Custom swingweight option.
